Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags when applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at hello@ownaccordliving.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send an item back without first requesting and receiving approval for the return.

There is no return-label fee or restocking fee for an approved return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly at hello@ownaccordliving.com if your item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Nonreturnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also nonreturnable.

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a particular item may be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, size, or color, return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after your return has been received and reviewed. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund.

European Union Orders

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received—unused or unworn, with tags when applicable, in its original packaging, and with a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided to you under applicable consumer-protection law.
